About Me
I'm a first-year PhD student in Geosciences at Virginia Tech and a member of the Bedform Dynamics Research Group led by Dr. Julia Cisneros. My research focuses on how urbanization and infrastructure reshape sediment transport, channel morphology, and the broader hydrologic systems we depend on.
With a background in fluvial geomorphology and a passion for connecting science to sustainability, I combine fieldwork, geospatial tools, and data analysis to better understand sedimentary system responses in changing landscapes. Through my work, I aim to contribute to more informed and adaptive approaches to river management and watershed planning.
